How much do I earn per ride?

You receive 85% of every fare, plus 100% of any tip the passenger adds. SheGoes keeps a 15% platform fee. Your earnings update automatically after each completed ride.
How do token payments work for me?

When a passenger pays with tokens, the fare is credited to your token balance automatically when the ride completes. You can request a cashout at any time — we'll settle it via bank transfer or Lynk, usually within 1 business day.
What if a passenger doesn't show up?

If you've arrived at the pickup and the passenger is unresponsive, wait a reasonable time then use the in-app chat or call button. A formal no-show policy with compensation is coming soon — report any issues using this screen in the meantime.
Can I see the passenger's payment method?

No — payment method is hidden from ride requests by design. You'll collect cash if needed; token payments settle automatically. This keeps the focus on the ride, not the payment.
How do I request a cashout?

Go to your Earnings screen and tap Request cashout. Enter the amount and your preferred payment method (bank transfer or Lynk). We'll review and process it within 1 business day.
